Ambidexterity Has Cured My Headaches for 1 Month and Counting | Migraine Hacks

Occipital neuralgia at the right back side of my neck has been greatly reduced by predominantly using my left (weak) hand for everyday activities.

Try using your weak hand for mouse/trackpad, phone, dishwashing, cutting, brushing teeth, etc. If your headaches are like mine, then this may significantly reduce the incidence of your headaches.
